Maybe dark matter is where all the antimatter went. There was a 50:50 split and at first, both matter and antimatter started to decay into dark matter. Matter became neutrinos Anti matter became heavy dark matter But, due to a slight bit of decay asymmetry, more antimatter decayed that matter, which in turn accelerated that rate until all the antimatter was dark matter and matter stopped becoming neutrinos.

Used AI summarize to get the gist before delving in, watched and it was surprisingly ok 😮. Anyhow in the end profit is roughly product price times customers minus costs, but often externalities like space debris is not considered. Hope something is being done to prevent and reduce space debris, else alot of the satellites can shut down

I could see some customers not wanting to get involved with Starlink for various reasons we don’t have knowledge of. Product bundles, privacy policies and other service branding techniques can led to more sales even when the background infrastructure is inferior.

This guy is passionate, he loves making games and you can tell by how he talks. He genuinely lived his life with no regrets. Nowadays games are made by people who grew up playing games or people looking to please a bunch of shareholders, no passion at all since everything is already gone as far as it can go, gaming isn't a wild west anymore.

The only thing the sticks prove is the Earth's shape, not its motion. And only if you have three or more sticks. Eratosthenes already knew it was a globe, which is why he only needed the one stick and the well to make the size measurement.

I don't quite follow Caleb's reasoning why Starlink will not end up being practically a monopoly. Their costs are far lower. Their rollout is miles ahead anyone else, which allows them to gobble up the market before anyone else gets to it. Starship will lead to even further cost decreases and wil turbo charge their roll out. How can anyone compete with that? To make a comparison. SpaceX owns the commercial launch industry. Other launch companies only survived, because of governments deciding on political/strategic rather than on financial grounds. A Chinese network will survive. But I have my doubts about commercial Western networks. Even Kuiper. Despite all the Amazon money. They can't compete on price because of their cost. Even for Amazon there is will be a limit to how much money they want to sink into this.
